What happens when you open the site
When you open these pages, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server that hosts this website — IP address, date and time, the file requested, browser and operating system. This data is recorded in the server logs, is used to keep the site running securely and is not combined with any other data. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are created at the hosting provider and deleted there after a short time; they are not analysed.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The server logs described above are created there. Vercel has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework principles, and additionally names standard contractual clauses for transfers. Fonts
The fonts used (Marcellus, Archivo, Spectral) are held on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is established.
Map
The map on the contact page and the home page loads only after a click. Until then, there is no connection to Google. When you click “Load map”, data — in particular your IP address — is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited; their privacy terms apply.
Film
The film in the header and on the studio page is likewise held on our own server. No video platform is embedded.
Contact form
The form on the contact page sends nothing to this website. It assembles your entries into an email and opens your own email program with it. Only when you click Send there does the message go to roland.perathoner@gmail.com.
Enquiries by email or telephone
If you write or call, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry, for as long as this is necessary to answer it and to deal with any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
